Impact of COVID-19 - UPDATED 4th January 2021

We are open for business and delivering within the current situation around the new Tier 5 Covid-19 Lockdown as we are classed as Essential Retail.

Our guideline for deliveries of items showing "In Stock Ready For Dispatch" is now within 3 working days and items not in our stocks are now "Usually Within 7 Days" in most cases. This information is shown on the products. Some products may take longer than this and this will be displayed on the product page.

All of our deliveries from our warehouse are made by DPD couriers, couriers will not usually ask for a signature, but instead take an image of the delivered parcel, so as to make a contactless delivery.

We apologise for any delay you may experience past our quoted times. Most deliveries are occurring within our stated times, but due to an unprecedented amount of online orders during the festive season some couriers have reported delays which will occur and are out of our control.

To allow us to focus on processing and dispatching deliveries, we kindly ask you that you do not contact us to progress orders within the 7 day time frame unless they are urgent and essential goods. We will notify you where necessary of any long delays.

Please note that our couriers DPD have not reported any major disruptions in their network, there have been only occasional slight delays.
Our optional next day service is currently unavailable.

Contacting Us
We have again reduced the number of staff in our offices with many staff members working from home.
Our phone lines are at normal operating hours 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday & 8:30am - 2:30pm Saturday.

Orders can be placed online, and we urge you make any requests via email.
We will deal with all email enquiries within 1-2 working days, although many are answered quicker than this.

Our Store
Our physical store in Dudley, West Midlands is open with social distancing measures in place and a maximum of 5 customers at any one time.
Please wear a mask or face covering in accordance with new government guidelines as of 8th August 2020.
We recommend placing click and collect orders where possible.

Current Delays at UK Ports - UPDATED 4th April 2021
Many of our suppliers are currently running low on stock due to the ongoing delays at UK ports, their normal deliveries are not arriving when scheduled, so this is having an effect on our flow of stock & anticipated delivery times of some products. This is affecting everyday products that we keep in stock & also other specially ordered in products. Please check the delivery times on product pages, and we contact you if we become aware of any delays outside of your expected delivery time.

An operation to free a giant container ship stuck in the Suez Canal is continuing, with warnings it could take days or even weeks. The Ever Given, operated by the Taiwanese company Evergreen Marine, is the length of four football pitches and is lying across the southern end of the canal preventing other ships from getting through one of the world's busiest waterways. 29th March 2021 - Traffic has resumed in Egypt's Suez Canal after a stranded container ship blocking it for nearly a week was finally freed by salvage crews. Ongoing delays will be expected.

Deliveries into Europe & Overseas - UPDATED 26th January 2021
Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI and also Northern Ireland has currently been suspended.

Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.

We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe and Northern Ireland.
