UK Customers

If You Want To Exchange A Product

Unfortunately we are unable to exchange items as we cannot guarantee having your item in due to fast moving stock. What we suggest is that you purchase the correct item from our website and return the original order to us.

Where The Item Is Faulty Or Damaged From New
If an item arrives damaged from new, we will arrange for the item to be replaced, please allow a minimum of 3 working days. This usually involves a courier collecting the damaged item from yourself and getting a replacement delivered, please note we are not able to arrange collection and re-delivery on the same working day. To avoid any issues here, please open and inspect your delivery within 24 hours and notify us in writing of any problems straightaway. If an item arrives faulty from new or develops a fault within the first use we will arrange for the item to be replaced wherever possible. This usually involves a courier collecting the faulty item from yourself and getting a replacement delivered, please note we are not able to arrange collection and re-delivery on the same working day we will do all we can to ensure a swift turnaround but please allow a minimum of 3 working days. Please note all damaged items must be new and unused to qualify for a collection and replacement.

If Your Product Develops A Fault
If you have an issue with a product that we supplied that goes on to develop a fault within its warranty period, we can help. The process for warranty resolutions will vary depending on the brand and product. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will help to get the problem resolved as quickly and easily as possible. In most cases, an item that develops a fault will need to be inspected first by the manufacturer prior to a repair/replacement being supplied. Please be aware that this is out of our control and the turnaround can take around 10 working days although wherever possible we will try to ensure any such issue is dealt with promptly.

Where The Item Is Not Wanted Or Has Been Ordered Incorrectly
If there is nothing wrong with your product or you have ordered the incorrect product & you just want to send it back, returns must be arranged within 14 days for a refund. The item must be in brand new condition with all of its original packaging. Please note that we will only reimburse the cost of the product and not any delivery charges you may have paid. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns at this time, so the cost of return postage will be covered by yourself. How you return the item to us is up to yourself and we advise using a tracked service as we cannot otherwise be liable for any items that go missing following return. Some items will carry a handling / restocking charge which is unfortunately out of our control.

Large & Bulky Items
We strongly recommend that you contact us before returning any large, bulky or valuable items as we may be able to offer a collection service that will be cheaper than any postage.

Once An Item Is Returned
After an item has been returned for a refund it will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving it, this does not include the time it may take to come from you to us. Please note also that once a refund is processed to a credit or debit card, it can take up to 6 working days for the funds to show in your account, this is out of our control.

**Please note that reserve the right to refuse a return if it is deemed that the item is not fit for return and violates our policy. In this instance the goods will be returned back to you and you may be liable for any costs incurred.

Customers Outside of UK Mainland
If you wish to return any product(s) for a refund, repair, exchange or replacement you must cover the cost. Please return back to us using a trackable service.
