Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.

In Stock Ready for Dispatch
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Due to the current high volume we are dealing with, deliveries are currently within 3 working days. Our optional next day service is currently unavailable.

Delivery - NO ETA
These products are not in our own physical stock and our supplier has taken the decision to close in order to help reduce the spread of Covid-19. In this case, we cannot give an exact due date. You are welcome to place your order and we will aim to despatch as soon as we possibly can.

UK Standard Delivery - £5.99 or *FREE Over £100.00 (Including VAT)
Some orders may have additional carriage applied if they are of a certain postcode (e.g. in Scottish Highlands etc.). This will be displayed at the point of checkout & we reserve the right to apply carriage after the order has been placed with your consent. Additional carriage charges may also apply to large & heavy products or if a specialist courier is required.

UK Next Working Day Delivery
Next working day delivery is available for a selection of products and is priced from £9.95. If available there will be an option to select during the checkout process. The cost of next day varies based on weight and size of the order, heavier items can be considerably more than £9.95, the amount will be shown in the checkout process before completing. This service includes working days only, any orders placed over the weekend are not processed until Monday, so the delivery time will go from then. Our cut-off time for orders placed on next working day delivery is generally 2.30pm, although this can be extended on some items, please call us to check.

UK Saturday Delivery
It is possible to get a Saturday delivery on some products, however the price and availability of this service is completely dependent on the brand of items on the order & the overall weight of the order - for a Saturday delivery please contact us.

Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other courier services including Royal Mail where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Smaller lightweight parcels are generally dispatched via Royal Mail with larger bulkier parcels being dispatched via DPD which require a signature on delivery. A calling card will be left with instructions if you are out.

Please note all delivery times are approximate, occasionally, delivery periods may be extended for reasons beyond our control and we apologise for this in advance. If you require a delivery urgently by a certain date please contact our sales team quoting item description & product code.

For multiple product orders where different delivery times are shown, please go by the product showing the longest delivery time. If you would like partial (split) delivery please contact our sales team who will assist with your request.

Deliveries into Europe & Overseas

Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI and also Northern Ireland has currently been suspended.

Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.

We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1^st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe and Northern Ireland.
