Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour via their APP. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Please note all delivery times are approximate, occasionally, delivery periods may be extended for reasons beyond our control and we apologise for this in advance. If you require a delivery urgently by a certain date please contact our sales team quoting item description & product code.
For multiple product orders where different delivery times are shown, please go by the product showing the longest delivery time. If you would like partial (split) delivery please contact our sales team who will assist with your request.
Should you require your order by a specific date please contact our sales team who will do all they can to assist.
Please note it is your responsibility to ensure you are available to accept delivery of your order & to notify us of any access restrictions to your property. If delivery cannot be made & another date is required for re-delivery an additional cost may be applied. This will be at our discretion.
WHAT OUR DELIVERY TERMS MEAN
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to you, our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to you, our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
This means some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.
UK Standard Delivery - £5.99 or *FREE Over £100.00 (Including VAT)
Some orders may have additional carriage applied if they are of a certain postcode (e.g. in Scottish Highlands etc.). This will be displayed at the point of checkout & we reserve the right to apply carriage after the order has been placed with your consent. Additional carriage charges may also apply to large & heavy products or if a specialist courier is required.
UK Next Working Day Delivery - **25/03/2020 Please note this delivery option has currently been suspended
Next working day delivery is available for a selection of products and is priced from £9.95. If available there will be an option to select during the checkout process. The cost of next day varies based on weight and size of the order, heavier items can be considerably more than £9.95, the amount will be shown in the checkout process before completing. This service includes working days only, any orders placed over the weekend are not processed until Monday, so the delivery time will go from then. Our cut-off time for orders placed on next working day delivery is generally 2.30pm, although this can be extended on some items, please call us to check.
UK Saturday Delivery
It is possible to get a Saturday delivery on some products, however the price and availability of this service is completely dependent on the brand of items on the order & the overall weight of the order - for a Saturday delivery please contact our sales team.
Delivery Overseas/Outside UK
Due to the current backlog at UK ports & the changing terms of delivery surrounding Brexit after January 1st 2021, we have currently suspended taking orders online for countries outside of the UK.
