Here at ToolsToday.co.uk we understand that you don't always make the right decision or what you ordered from us isn't quite what you were hoping it would be, and you just need to send it back. So, we’ve tried to make our returns process as simple as possible.
OPTION 1 - If you wish to return an item because it is not required, we recommend using our DPD Drop Off Service, or posting the item back to us for a refund.
OPTION 2 - If your item has arrived damaged or faulty, you will need to follow a different process and contact us.
Please see full details below on how to arrange your return.
OPTION 1
Where The Item Is Not Wanted Or Has Been Ordered Incorrectly
If there is nothing wrong with your product or you have ordered the incorrect product & you just want to send it back, returns must be arranged within 28 days for a refund. Please note that we will only reimburse the cost of the product and not any delivery charges you may have paid. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns at this time, so the cost of return postage will be covered by yourself.
The item you are returning must be in brand new condition with all its original packaging. Any returns must be suitably packed to avoid damage in transit. Please return by putting the product inside a jiffy mailing bag or box, do not apply any returns labels or parcel tape to the original product packaging or box. We reserve the right to refuse return if the product packaging is damaged or not in a resalable condition.
Return Using DPD Drop Off Service (Recommended)
When using our DPD Drop Off Service a charge of £5.99 will be deducted automatically from your refund amount. Parcel must weigh less than 20kg and have no two sides longer than 120cm. If your parcel is outside of these parameters please use an alternative courier service. DPD's standard liability covers parcels for loss, delivery issues, or damage up to a maximum of £100. Currently BT postcodes cannot be processed using this DPD service.


Easy Returns Using Our DPD Drop Off Service
✓ UK returns are subject to a £5.99 charge.
✓ The return charge will be deducted automatically from your refunded amount once we have received & processed your return at our warehouse.
✓ No printer required. Scan the created QR code on your mobile phone at your chosen local DPD Drop Off Point where a returns label will be printed for you.
✓ 'Print your own label' is also available.
✓ Returns via our DPD Drop Off Service are tracked.
✓ Over 2500 Drop Off Points available throughout the UK including Post Offices, supermarkets & many other retail outlets.




Return Via Your Own Courier
If you prefer to use your own courier, or postage to return an item to us, please send the return to the below address including a copy of your order details and reason for return.

We recommend using a tracked courier to ensure the safety of your return.
Request A Collection
If you would like us to collect your return from your address, please contact us stating your order number, items to be returned and the reason for return, one of our team will be able to help with this. The collection charge starts from £25 and will vary depending on the goods, size and weight.
Once An Item Is Returned
After an item has been returned for a refund it is usually processed within 7 working days of us receiving the parcel. Once a refund is processed to a credit or debit card, it can take up to 6 working days for the funds to show in your account, this is out of our control.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange goods, we recommend returning your product for a refund and re-ordering the preferred items. We recommended using our DPD Drop Off Service.
Please Note: ToolsToday.co.uk reserve the right to refuse a return if it is deemed that the item is not fit for return and violates our policy. In this instance the goods will be returned to you, and you may be liable for any costs incurred.
OPTION 2
Where The Item Is Faulty Or Damaged From New
If an item arrives damaged from new, we will arrange for the item to be replaced, please allow a minimum of 3 working days. This usually involves a courier collecting the damaged item from yourself and getting a replacement delivered, please note we are not able to arrange collection and re-delivery on the same working day.

Please note all faulty items must be new and unused to qualify for a collection and replacement.
Items delivered damaged or faulty from new, must be reported to us within 24 Hours of Delivery.

If Your Product Develops A Fault
If you have an issue with a product that we supplied that goes on to develop a fault within its warranty period, we can help. The process for warranty resolutions will vary depending on the brand and product. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will help to get the problem resolved as quickly and easily as possible. In most cases, an item that develops a fault will need to be inspected first by the manufacturer prior to a repair/replacement being supplied. Please be aware that this is out of our control and the turnaround can take around 10 working days although wherever possible we will try to ensure any such issue is dealt with promptly.
