Here at ToolsToday, we understand that you don’t always make the right decision or what you order from us isn’t quite what you were hoping it would be and you just need to send it back.

If you wish to return an item you need to make sure it's securely packed & properly labelled. Enclose the item(s) plus a print out of your original receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns at this time, so the cost of return postage will need to be covered by yourself & then sent back to us by your preferred courier. Once you have securely packed your return please follow one of the links below on this page to start the returns process, (our returns address can be found within the returns procedure).

Where the item is faulty or damaged from new

If an item arrives faulty or damaged from new, we will arrange for the item to be replaced. This usually involves a courier collecting the faulty or damaged item from yourself and getting the replacement dropped off. If you experience this problem, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery. To avoid any issues here, please open and inspect your delivery and notify us of any problems straight away. The item must be new and unused to qualify for a collection and replacement.

If your product develops a fault

If you have an issue with a product that we supplied that goes on to develop a fault within its warranty period, we can help. The process for warranty resolutions will vary depending on the brand and product. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will help to get the problem resolved as quickly and easily as possible.

Where the item is not wanted

If there is nothing wrong with your product but you just want to send it back, returns must be arranged within 14 days for a full refund or 28 days for exchange. The item must be in brand new condition with all of its original packaging. Please note that we will only reimburse the cost of the product and not any delivery charge you may have paid.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns at this time, so the cost of return postage will be covered by yourself.
How you return the item to us is up to yourself and we advise using a tracked service as we cannot otherwise be liable for any items that go missing following return.

If you want to exchange a product

If you have ordered the wrong size or colour clothing, or an item such as a spanner or drill bit that is the incorrect size and you want exchange for a different item. Please re-order the item as required on our website and go through the above steps to return the unwanted item.

Large & bulky items

We strongly recommend that you contact us before returning any large, bulky or valuable items as we may be able to offer a collection service that will be cheaper than any postage.

Once an item is returned

After an item has been returned for a refund it will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving it, this does not include the time it may take to come from you to us.
Please note also that once a refund is processed to a credit or debit card, it can take up to 6 working days for the funds to show in your account, this is out of our control.

**Please note that reserve the right to refuse a return if it is deemed that the item is not fit for return and violates our policy. In this instance the goods will be returned back to you and you may be liable for any costs incurred.
