What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Some orders may have additional carriage applied if they are of a certain postcode (e.g. in Scottish Highlands etc.). This will be displayed at the point of checkout & we reserve the right to apply carriage after the order has been placed with your consent. Additional carriage charges may also apply to large & heavy products or if a specialist courier is required.

Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Please note all delivery times are approximate, occasionally, delivery periods may be extended for reasons beyond our control and we apologise for this in advance. If you require a delivery urgently by a certain date please contact our sales team quoting item description & product code.

Deliveries into Europe & Overseas
Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

Husqvarna Battery Transport Box UN3480
The Husqvarna battery transportation box is a robust but lightweight and handy case for up to 4x 36v batteries. UN3480 certified for safe transportation of lithium-ion batteries. Furthermore, the integrated inlet provides excellent thermal insulation and provides great shock absorption during transport. Ergonomic handles placed on both front and top for easy handling. The well thought-out design allows for stacking of multiple boxes and by adding the Husqvarna multi adapter plate (to be sold separately), the box can also be connected to third part case systems.
Features
The battery transportation box is equipped with a shock absorbing insert, that keeps the batteries stable and protected during transport.
Ergonomic front handle for easy carrying the box in an ergonomic way as well as easily access the box when placed on a shelf or vehicle.
Ergonomic lid handle, ideal when carrying a stack of boxes.
Connect boxes to each other by using the rotary interlock.
A padlock or wire lock can be attached to the box to protect both the batteries and the box itself from theft.
Multi-adapter plate, attach the Husqvarna battery box to several common case systems in the market by using the multi-adapter plate (sold separately).
