What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Some orders may have additional carriage applied if they are of a certain postcode (e.g. in Scottish Highlands etc.). Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

Designed specifically for demanding professional forestry work, the light, water-repellent, 4-way customizable stretch adapts to your body. The unique Tech-Knee provides additional saw protection in all working positions, including when the knee is bent. Available in sizes XS-XXL with a customizable fit that works for both men and women. Class 1 (20m/s). Approved according to EN ISO 11393. Slim fit. Extended back. Zipper for ventilation. Reflex material. Braces are included. Unisex fitting.
Features
The innovative Tech-Knee provides excellent saw protection with additional fibre layers for extra protection, especially in situations where the trousers fit tight to the knee. The knee also has a water-resistant inner lining and an outer layer made of water-repellent fabric, keeping water and moisture from penetrating the saw protection layers.
Adjust the airflow to your liking with the zippers at the back of the legs. The back pockets also provide airflow when opened. The mesh lining allows for optimal ventilation while wearing, and quick drying after washing.
Our light 4-way stretch fabric is used for areas that require great movability. The stretch material ensures a comfortable and customizable fit that works for different body types, making the chainsaw trousers suitable for both men and women.
To create lighter and more durable chainsaw trousers, 4-way ripstop stretch material is used in the crotch, along with Cordura on the knees and lower part of the legs.
Designed with loggers in mind, these chainsaw trousers feature practical and comfortable elements to support you throughout your workday. The lace hooks enable a secure fit to your boots, while the ankle straps prevent sawdust from entering. The extended back provides added flexibility and ease of movement. Additionally, the trousers come with high-quality braces to keep the trousers securely in place all day long.
Easily adjust the size for a perfect fit with the adjustable waistband featuring hook and loop closures.
The trousers have multiple pockets to choose from, including front, back, and left-leg pockets. All of the pockets are sealed for extra security. Additionally, there is a convenient pocket for your ruler that is easily accessible and can be closed when not in use. Type A. Class 1 (20 m/s).
