What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Next working day delivery is available for a selection of products and is priced from £9.95. If available there will be an option to select during the checkout process. The cost of next day varies based on weight and size of the order, heavier items can be considerably more than £9.95, the amount will be shown in the checkout process before completing. This service includes working days only, any orders placed over the weekend are not processed until Monday, so the delivery time will go from then. Our cut-off time for orders placed on next working day delivery is generally 2.30pm, although this can be extended on some items, please call us to check.
UK Saturday Delivery
It is possible to get a Saturday delivery on some products, however the price and availability of this service is completely dependent on the brand of items on the order & the overall weight of the order - for a Saturday delivery please contact us.
Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. While making my mind up I had several attempts using the dethatcher of my Agri-Fab smartlink system with reasonable results but it quickly wore down the spring tines. Spares are expensive to replace so it's cheaper to purchase a new dethatcher!
Back to the gravel harrow. By the time I had decided to finally purchase this product my gravel was compressed into clay in several areas of my drive. Where the stone was still loose the gravel harrow worked well but one might ask why a harrow might be necessary if the gravel is not compacted. I have tried towing with both my 30+ year old YHT1120-14 tractor and my 2WD Rider 13c and both towed the harrow satisfactorily. As with may tow behind products the tractor lends itself to making adjustments to the implement from the driver's seat as the engine of the rider creates too much of a reach. If you persist and create MULTIPLE passes on compacted gravel the results are reasonable and the end result is good leaving a nice fine furrowed finish in the loose gravel.
The main thing to remember is that you do need plenty of gravel. If you have compacted stone in mud or clay this product cannot work miracles. If your gravel has been pushed into the substrate then this product unfortunately cannot resurrect it and if you persist you will end up with a mixture of loose gravel and broken up clay. That broken clay doesn't do well with your footwear, you car mats or carpets of the floors in the household!
