What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Some orders may have additional carriage applied if they are of a certain postcode (e.g. in Scottish Highlands etc.). This will be displayed at the point of checkout & we reserve the right to apply carriage after the order has been placed with your consent. Additional carriage charges may also apply to large & heavy products or if a specialist courier is required.

Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Please note all delivery times are approximate, occasionally, delivery periods may be extended for reasons beyond our control and we apologise for this in advance. If you require a delivery urgently by a certain date please contact our sales team quoting item description & product code.

Deliveries into Europe & Overseas
Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

Milwaukee SDS-Plus Chisels are made from specifically defined alloy steel. Each chisel is crafted individually through forging, sharpening, hardening, tempering and finishing. The chisels are precision formed using traditional forging skills coupled with sophisticated machinery for the specific tip design.
The heat treatment process is totally enclosed and computer controlled ensuring consistent results, which guarantees that the complete chisel is hardened throughout to 55 HRC. The tempering operation creates a uniform hardened surface across the complete chisel to give it impact strength, more wear resistance and the required elasticity.
The chisels then go through the final finishing process, which gives the chisel a smooth grain flow surface, and a special corrosion resistant treatment. To achieve long service life these chisels can be re-sharpened time and time again.
