So far so good
Review by John Passmore
I agree with the review by A Milner. I have only used it once, so early days yet. It broke up new ground on a 10 Metre by 6 Metre plot, which had roots up to 20mm thick. This took about 1/2 a day. I found the secret is to make very shallow passes at first, gradually increasing the depth, and adjusting the speed to make a gentle run for the operator. There are two videos on YouTube which demonstrate how not to do it! I bought it despite these on the back of a Husqvarna ride on mower that I have had for 10 years, so I hope it performs as well. There are no tips on tilling in the manual, which is a shame, and the gearbox oil filler is incorrectly shown.

Very good all round machine
Review by A Milner
This is a great value near professional tiller. It has made short work of our heavy clay soil. Like all machines of this type it occasionally bucks and runs when faced with breaking new ground from scratch. However after 2 or 3 passes the soil has been tilled ready for planting, something which would have taken several days by hand.
Only criticism is rather vague gear selector (it has a long lever with a lot of play). Also it occasionally jumps out of rotor drive when faced with previously unbroken soil.
