What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Next working day delivery is available for a selection of products and is priced from £9.95. If available there will be an option to select during the checkout process. The cost of next day varies based on weight and size of the order, heavier items can be considerably more than £9.95, the amount will be shown in the checkout process before completing. This service includes working days only, any orders placed over the weekend are not processed until Monday, so the delivery time will go from then. Our cut-off time for orders placed on next working day delivery is generally 2.30pm, although this can be extended on some items, please call us to check.
UK Saturday Delivery
It is possible to get a Saturday delivery on some products, however the price and availability of this service is completely dependent on the brand of items on the order & the overall weight of the order - for a Saturday delivery please contact us.
Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Deliveries into Europe & Overseas
Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

Getting tangled in cords, plugging and unplugging extension leads, or lugging heavy mowers around steep slopes is now a thing of the past. The Stiga Aero is the first cordless hover mower. It means you can cut lawns up to 100sqm on one charge - quickly, easily and painlessly. This is thanks to the design and powerful 750w motor. The Stiga patented cutting deck traps the air and gives it a harder time exiting the deck, which makes the air pressure increase and therefore improves the lifting capacity of the whole mower. The special design of the blade, flat but with angled tips, is literally slicing the grass, without creating any disturbance to the air cushion underneath the deck. Blade and deck together optimise energy efficiency and cutting performance, for great results.
Comes from two Stiga ePower 20v batteries, held in the battery compartment on the lower handlebar for easy access and improved weight balance. When you're not using the Stiga Aero, you can switch the batteries with your other 1-series Stiga gardening tools - so you and the family can get on with other jobs. Small, lightweight and incredibly easy to manoeuvre, this mower is designed for ultimate convenience. On-off handlebar control means there's no fiddling with cutting heights or blade speeds. And when you're finished, just hang it from a nail on the wall or simply fold it away in a corner.
