PDI & FREE DELIVERY INFORMATION

Due to the nature and size of ride on lawn mowers, they are outside of our normal delivery options - please see below.

Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)
All of our petrol ride on lawn mowers go through our pre-delivery inspection, they are delivered to you assembled, tested and oiled ready for use. All battery ride on lawn mowers go through the same process and are delivered fully charged ready for use.

How We Deliver
Depending on your location, we use two methods for delivery at our discretion. We have our own delivery vehicles which we use to deliver approximately within 200 miles of Dudley, West Midlands DY2 0RL - Once your machine is ready we will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

Outside of this area the same PDI applies. We will still build, test and inspect your mower, we will then carefully palletise and pack the mower for delivery with a specialised courier company - You will then be notified of despatch and an expected day of delivery.

Delivery of ride on lawn mowers is restricted to Mainland England, Wales and Scotland (excluding Highlands). We reserve the right to refuse orders or re-negotiate delivery if required.

Please note it is your responsibility to ensure you are available to accept delivery of your ride on lawn mower and to notify us of any access restrictions to your property. If delivery cannot be made and another date is required for re-delivery an additional cost may be applied. This will be at our discretion.

The cost for our delivery services and PDI is currently FREE!

As a guideline, deliveries are typically around 5-10 days (unless stated otherwise). This can vary up or down depending on stock, especially during the Spring and Summer. Once we have processed your order, we will notify you if there is any major delay. You will then be contacted on despatch.

Collect From Our Store
If you prefer, and have the means to collect, collections can be made from our store in Dudley, West Midlands DY2 0RL. The mower will still go through our PDI check and there is no charge for this service. To place an order for collection, please click the “add to basket” button and continue with your order, there will be an option to select collect in checkout.

Collection of Old Machines
If you have an old ride on lawn mower you would like collected, we can collect your old machine, on delivery of your new, to save you the hassle of disposal. The machine must be complete, and accessible and able to move freely, it doesn't matter if it does not run, but we must be able to load the machine to take it away and we do reserve the right to refuse collection. Please just let us know when we schedule your delivery and we will arrange this where possible. This service is only available when our own delivery vehicles are used.
