What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Deliveries into Europe & Overseas
Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

The STIGA G 3600 robot lawn mower cares for your garden and gives you back your time. Combining the intelligence of GPS-driven robot mowers with the well-known wire-guided technology, it mows randomly but with optimised patterns. With 2x 5Ah batteries, it mows up to 3600m2. Compact and weighing less than 8kg, STIGA G 3600 robotic mower can manoeuvre effortlessly without marking your lawn. It is perfectly balanced, both on bumpy ground and on slopes up to 27°. The STIGA G 3600 robot lawn mower's two electronic boards learn when and where to cut. For your safety, its soft-obstacle sensors smoothly stop STIGA G 3600 robot mower in its tracks the moment it encounters any obstacle.
The rain sensors also send the robot mower back to the docking station at the first sign of rain. By connecting the robot lawn mower to your smartphone, you can control its cuts and schedule the sessions, using the STIGA.GO app. You can also check the robot's status, start or stop a cutting session and send the robot back home, wherever you are, thanks to the STIGA connectivity and remote control. The anti-theft is also available: you can track the robot and lock its operation from remote. Through the app, you can also set up to 5 Go-To-Cut points, meaning the points on the wire where STIGA G 3600 robot mower will start mowing from - in order to give your garden an even cut. Then when the work is done, simply lift the top cover, and wash your robot mower down with a garden hose - thanks to the IPX5 protection, you can always keep your robotic lawn mower fit and clean to be seen. Up to 5-years warranty (T&C's apply).
