What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Some orders may have additional carriage applied if they are of a certain postcode (e.g. in Scottish Highlands etc.). Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

The ePower Pro battery system is fully modular, allowing removable batteries to be used alone or combined into modules. This flexibility lets you adapt runtime precisely to your job, ensuring extended working capacity without compromising power or efficiency. Equipped with 40Ah high-power-density cells, ePower Pro delivers immediate response and stable power output even under heavy load. Performance remains consistent from start to finish, making it ideal for demanding and professional applications. The robust die-cast aluminium housing features an internal heat-dissipating layer that protects internal components and enhances cooling. Designed for intensive use, it guarantees durability, reliability and long-term performance in all conditions. Batteries can be charged directly on the machine via the charger, or removed for off-board charging in a dry space. This flexibility makes winter storage simple and safe, allowing you to keep your batteries in a temperature-controlled environment while the machines remain in the depot.
The ePower Pro battery features a die-cast aluminium body that provides superior thermal management. Unlike standard batteries, it has no ventilation grids, making it fully sealed and IP65 certified against water and dust. This ensures consistent performance and allows for easy cleaning. A robust safety lock mechanism ensures the battery stays securely attached to the machine, even when operating on uneven ground or slopes. To maintain peak performance during heavy-duty tasks, STIGA engineers have integrated Phase Change Material (PCM) between the cells. This advanced material absorbs heat generated during discharge, stabilising the internal temperature to prevent overheating and preserve battery health over time. Combined with a smart Battery Management System (BMS), it ensures efficient energy delivery and long-lasting reliability.
This battery only fits the Stiga Estate 384E, Estate 598E, Tornado 398E & Tornado 5108E battery ride on lawn mowers (2026 models onwards).
