Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)
All of our petrol ride on lawn mowers go through our pre-delivery inspection, they are delivered to you assembled, tested and oiled ready for use. All battery ride on lawn mowers go through the same process and are delivered fully charged ready for use.

How We Deliver
Depending on your location, we use two methods for delivery at our discretion. We have our own delivery vehicles which we use to deliver approximately within 200 miles of Dudley, West Midlands DY2 0RL - Once your machine is ready we will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
Outside of this area the same PDI applies. We will still build, test and inspect your mower, we will then carefully palletise and pack the mower for delivery with a specialised courier company - You will then be notified of despatch and an expected day of delivery.
Delivery of ride on lawn mowers is restricted to Mainland England, Wales and Scotland (excluding Highlands). We reserve the right to refuse orders or re-negotiate delivery if required.
Please note it is your responsibility to ensure you are available to accept delivery of your ride on lawn mower and to notify us of any access restrictions to your property. If delivery cannot be made and another date is required for re-delivery an additional cost may be applied. This will be at our discretion.
The cost for our delivery services and PDI is currently FREE!
As a guideline, deliveries are typically around 5-10 days (unless stated otherwise). This can vary up or down depending on stock, especially during the Spring and Summer. Once we have processed your order, we will notify you if there is any major delay. You will then be contacted on despatch.
Collect From Our Store
If you prefer, and have the means to collect, collections can be made from our store in Dudley, West Midlands DY2 0RL. The mower will still go through our PDI check and there is no charge for this service. To place an order for collection, please click the “add to basket” button and continue with your order, there will be an option to select collect in checkout.
Collection of Old Machines
If you have an old ride on lawn mower you would like collected, we can collect your old machine, on delivery of your new, to save you the hassle of disposal. The machine must be complete, and accessible and able to move freely, it doesn't matter if it does not run, but we must be able to load the machine to take it away and we do reserve the right to refuse collection. Please just let us know when we schedule your delivery and we will arrange this where possible. This service is only available when our own delivery vehicles are used.

What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Some orders may have additional carriage applied if they are of a certain postcode (e.g. in Scottish Highlands etc.). This will be displayed at the point of checkout & we reserve the right to apply carriage after the order has been placed with your consent. Additional carriage charges may also apply to large & heavy products or if a specialist courier is required.

Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Please note all delivery times are approximate, occasionally, delivery periods may be extended for reasons beyond our control and we apologise for this in advance. If you require a delivery urgently by a certain date please contact our sales team quoting item description & product code.
For multiple product orders where different delivery times are shown, please go by the product showing the longest delivery time. If you would like partial (split) delivery please contact our sales team who will assist with your request.
Deliveries into Europe & Overseas
Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

Just 73.5cm wide, with an outer turning radius of 1.62m, the STIGA Swift lets you cruise through narrow gaps and around awkward flower beds to make your garden neat and tidy in no time. And because it uses the latest STIGA ePower battery technology, you can say goodbye to fumes, vibrations and noise - and keep your neighbours happy.
Each of the 4 separate 48v STIGA ePower batteries are intelligently synchronised to boost performance and runtime, and preserve battery health so you can rely on them for longer. They're shareable too, allowing you to work simultaneously with other STIGA ePower gardening tools in the 5, 7 and 9 Series. The Swift continues mowing with 4 and 3 batteries and keeps on driving with 2. The STIGA Swift can cover up to 2400m2 on one single charge, with 4 batteries when you select the Eco-mode. From the dashboard you can choose between three different cutting modes: 1) ECO - for least demanding cutting conditions and very frequent cuts, low grass, soft, not too thick; 2) STANDARD - for usual, weekly cutting sessions (up to 2.5cm) on both soft and hard grass; 3) BOOST - for more demanding cutting conditions, either quicker cut or harder, thicker, taller grass.
What's more, it's designed for every level of mowing experience. Simply take a seat, push the one-start button, and off you go. The very low centre of gravity and light steering makes even the toughest mows a simple job - and the advanced ergonomics keep you comfortable and safe at every turn.
Choose between three different blade speeds to suit each task with the new STIGA Smart Cutting Mode. The counter-rotating blades work cleverly with the redesigned cutting deck for a better cut, while the deck's new blend of polypropylene and shock-absorbing additives increases airflow for more powerful grass suction and a quieter mowing experience. Grass moves directly from the blades to the collecting bag through a concealed tunnel, so it's collected and packed more efficiently.
