What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Some orders may have additional carriage applied if they are of a certain postcode (e.g. in Scottish Highlands etc.). Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Deliveries into Europe & Overseas
Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

The STIGA Twinclip 955V is a self-propelled lawn mower, with a cutting width of 53cm, the perfect partner for demanding cutting sessions in big and complex gardens up to 2500m2. The 4-in-1 system means it can be used in 4 different cutting modes, depending on your lawn's needs: collection with the 70 litre grass collector, rear discharge, side discharge with the deflector and mulching using the included mulching plug. The centralised cutting height lever can be set to 7 positions ranging from 25 to 77mm.
The Twinclip 955V is powered by a 167cc Honda GCVx170 engine. The aluminium hybrid chassis ensures robustness and reliability of the machine. This lawn mower features a speed regulator, to make it extremely easy to adjust the mower's speed to your walking one. Twinclip's special blade, with its double-cutting edge, maximises efficiency and delivers a perfect cut. The exclusive and ergonomic One Motion adjustment system provide ultimate user comfort: with just one hand, you will be able to adjust all functions of the mower, including cutting height and handle. The convenient triggers on the handle also allow to easily fold it.
