What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

For professional applications, especially in tree maintenance. Perfect for climbing and extreme conditions. Cut protection class 1, design A (EN 381). Extremely comfortable, versatile professional work trousers. Ultra-light cut protection material, ceramic abrasion protection, and braces. The ADVANCE X-TREEm trousers have been designed specifically for forestry workers and arborists. Made from light and breathable AVERTIC pro lite cut protection material for unprecedented levels of comfort for cut protection trousers, tested in accordance with BS EN 381. Less fatigue thanks to ProElast and perfect for professional use under extreme conditions such as on hot summer days. Ventilation openings with zips to regulate body temperature. Hard wearing, dirt and water resistant materials have been used making these trousers ideal for forestry work. Ceramic-coated trimmings provide abrasion protection. The inner lining is quick-drying and soft for greater comfort. Black, high-visibility orange and silver reflective strips increase safety when climbing or on the ground. Flat pockets with zips on the hip, seat and thigh areas. Braces are included for an alternative option. Awarded the KWF Pro quality mark.
Abrasion Protection
The use of particularly robust materials in exposed, high-stress areas increases the durability of your workwear. On the one hand this protects against rapid wear and tear, but it also prevents material damage and injuries from thorns.
Breathable Water Protection
The protective clothing is made of a waterproof and simultaneously breathable material, making it very comfortable to wear. Excess heat and sweat is wicked to the outside.

ProElast Stretch Insert
The ProElast Stretch insert is elasticated not only at the crotch, but also at the trouser legs for particularly comfortable wear. The ProElast stretch insert in the crotch also offers flexibility if the wearer needs to get into extreme positions, facilitating a high degree of freedom of movement. To enable this, the cut protection in the crotch has not been sewn together, but is instead connected by an elastic insert.
Adjustable Ventilation Openings
Ventilation openings allow you to control the temperature inside your personal protective equipment. Simply open or close the ventilation openings as required.
Full Stretch
Your protective clothing should protect you, but also allow you the greatest possible freedom of movement, which is achieved with full-stretch material. The fully elastic fabric stretches in all directions for excellent comfort.
Cut Protection Area Design A
Cut protection trousers with Design A (in accordance with EN 381 and EN ISO 11393) have cut protection that completely covers your front lower body. In the rear left leg area, the protection continues around the leg by 5cm in each case. You are very well protected during forestry work with design A.
Cut Protection
Cut protection clothing is classified in 4 cut protection ratings in accordance with EN ISO 11393. The cut protection rating specifies the maximum chain speed tested in accordance with standard conditions. Rating 1 corresponds to a chain speed of 20m/s.
Tick Protection
Ticks are a widespread danger in the forest. There are clips at the leg openings of your trousers, which you can attach to the shoelaces of your shoes. This prevents ticks from being able to crawl between your trousers and shoes towards your body.
Quick Drying
The fast-drying functional fabric of your protective clothing is ideal for work in changing weather conditions and sweaty jobs. The high-quality material protects you from hypothermia.
