DELIVERY INFORMATION - UK MAINLAND

Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsiblilty to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other courier services including Royal Mail & TNT where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Smaller lightweight parcels are generally dispatched via Royal Mail with larger bulkier parcels being dispatched via DPD / TNT which require a signature on delivery. A calling card will be left with instructions if you are out.

Please note all delivery times are approximate, occasionally, delivery periods may be extended for reasons beyond our control and we apologise for this in advance. If you require a delivery urgently by a certain date please contact our sales team quoting item description & product code.

We physically have the stock in our warehouse ready for fast dispatch. **Usually delivered in 1-3 working days.

Usually Delivered In
Stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.

Out Of Stock
If an item is showing 'Out Of Stock' please contact our sales team who will be able to let you know an approximate date it will be available.

Standard Delivery - £3.95/5.95 - *Free Over £120.00 (Including VAT)
£3.95 or £5.95 (displayed at checkout) depending on value & weight or is free on all orders over *£120.00 (Including VAT). Some items may have additional carriage applied if they are large or heavy, this will be displayed at the point of checkout & we reserve the right to apply carriage after the order has been placed with your consent.

Next Working Day Delivery
Next working day delivery is available for a selection of products and is priced from £10.95. If available there will be an option to select during the checkout process. The cost of next day varies based on weight and size of the order, heavier items can be considerably more than £10.95, the amount will be shown in the checkout process before completing. This service includes working days only, any orders placed over the weekend are not processed until Monday, so the delivery time will go from then. Our cut-off time for orders placed on express delivery is generally 2.30pm, although this can be extended on some items, please call us to check.

Saturday Delivery
It is possible to get a Saturday delivery on some products, however the price and availability of this service is completely dependent on the make of items on the order & the overall weight of the order - for a Saturday delivery please contact us.
