What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Next working day delivery is available for a selection of products and is priced from £9.95. If available there will be an option to select during the checkout process. The cost of next day varies based on weight and size of the order, heavier items can be considerably more than £9.95, the amount will be shown in the checkout process before completing. This service includes working days only, any orders placed over the weekend are not processed until Monday, so the delivery time will go from then. Our cut-off time for orders placed on next working day delivery is generally 2.30pm, although this can be extended on some items, please call us to check.
UK Saturday Delivery
It is possible to get a Saturday delivery on some products, however the price and availability of this service is completely dependent on the brand of items on the order & the overall weight of the order - for a Saturday delivery please contact us.
Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

Stihl RE100 PLUS CONTROL 150 Bar Pressure Washer
Lightweight, compact pressure washer with built-in function on the spray lance (CONTROL) to adjust pressure at the touch of a button and LED pressure indicator directly on the lance. After successfully connecting the spray lance to the pressure washer, three different pressure levels can be selected directly on the lance. The user can view the pressure level currently selected on the LED display.
The pressure washer also has an integrated hose reel (PLUS), for easy handling and storage of the 7m high pressure hose. The 3-in-1 hose with integrated rotary nozzle, fan jet nozzle and cleaning agent nozzle allows you to switch between by turning the nozzle as you work.
Hose guide
The hose guide (roll-up aid) simplifies rolling up and can even be done with one hand.
3-in-1 nozzle
With the 3-in-1 nozzle, the user can switch between flat nozzle, rotary nozzle and low-pressure nozzle for cleaning agents as required. Fan jet nozzle, The standard nozzle for cleaning normal dirt on various surfaces. Rotary nozzle, For removing stubborn dirt from robust surfaces. Cleaning agent nozzle, Combines water with cleaning agent from the cleaning agent tank and sprays the mixture directly from the spray lance.
Cable hook
With the help of the cable hook, the cable can be easily wound up and stored compactly and securely on the device.
Detergent tank on the device
You can add detergent to the spray jet for tackling stubborn dirt. The detergent tank is integrated into the device.
Park position
Allows you to switch off the assembled high-pressure lance when taking breaks, and to store the lance on the tool.
Hose reel
For convenient and safe storage of the high-pressure hose. The crank handle can be folded in to ensure easy transport and especially space-saving storage.
Integrated nozzle storage compartment
The nozzles can be stored safely in the practical storage compartment.
Quick release coupling on the gun
The quick release coupling for connecting the high pressure hose to the lance simplifies assembly and reduces set-up time.
