What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

The RMA448PV from STIHL is a battery-powered lawn mower with variable speed drive, designed for users looking to cut large lawns. This 4 Series battery-powered lawn mower is quiet and packs plenty of power - making it the ideal choice for gardeners. This lawn mower is built with a rugged polymer deck that is lightweight, rust proof and double layered for additional stability. It's UV resistant, has a 48cm cutting width and single point height adjustment that is adjustable between 20-100mm. The RMA448PV is part of the AP System range of tools and is powered by an AP300S battery that is interchangeable with other machines across the range. This lawn mower is fitted with sequential battery discharge, which means the lawn mower has an automatic switchover feature - so when one battery runs out of power, it will automatically switch over to the next one (batteries sold separately). On a full charge with the recommended AP300S battery you will be able to mow lawns up to 510m2, which becomes 1020m2 when the lawn mower is used with two AP300S batteries.
The RMA448PV has 4 different ways of mowing. You can either: Cut & collect with the grass catcher box fitted. Cut & drop by removing the grass catcher box. Side discharge with the flap that is integrated into the deck. Mulch with the multi-blade and mulching attachment. The RMA448PV has a built-in electronic interface on the mono-handlebar which shows useful information such as the battery charge, the ability to switch between mowing modes and adjust the motor speed levels. The comfort mono-handlebar allows easy access to the grass catcher box, making it easier to remove and empty when it's full - plus, thanks to the fill level indicator on the grass catcher box you'll know exactly when to empty the box too! The 52-litre grass catcher box is ergonomically designed and easy to fully open for fast emptying. The sturdy mono-handlebar is height adjustable and foldable for compact storage after use.
