What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

Stihl SEA50 36v Cordless Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner BODY ONLY
The SEA50 is a battery-powered wet & dry vacuum cleaner that's part of the AK System. This compact vacuum cleaner is completely portable and designed for cleaning around the house, garage, inside vehicles and in workshops. Powered by a 36v lithium-ion battery, this vacuum cleaner is cable free for easier working and has a compact design for greater freedom of movement when working in confined spaces.
The SEA50 comes equipped with a universal floor nozzle and crevice nozzle for taking on different cleaning tasks and a 2-piece suction tube for cleaning hard-to-reach areas. A shoulder strap is included for hands free operation which is ideal for when you are cleaning on the move.
All the accessories can be neatly stored away on the SEA50. The 1.8m long vacuum hose can be stored at the top of the vacuum. The universal floor nozzle and crevice nozzle slot into the side. And the 2-piece suction tubes slot into the bottom of the tool. This saves plenty of space for you when storing the SEA50 away in your cupboard or garage.
The SEA50 is certified for dust class 'L' making it suitable for some semi-professional applications such as removing plaster or sand. The PET filter element can be used multiple times as it is easy to wash out and reuse. The battery compartment is covered too, for protection from splashed water or dust. The vacuum cleaner has a power selector switch lets you change between 2 levels when working: Level 1 - standard power mode, suitable for smooth floors and extending working time by up-to 50%. Level 2 - high suction power mode, suitable for cleaning stubborn dirt from all surfaces.
If you need better mobility and flexible handling while vacuuming, there is a wheel cart & accessories available for the SEA50 sold separately. You can also buy an additional set of mini nozzles, which are ideal for cleaning the smaller difficult to access spots in your car or at home.
Constant Power
Regardless of battery charge status. With other brands of battery tools, the performance usually decreases during work as the battery discharges. This is not the case with STIHL cordless power tools with constant power. Thanks to the intelligent electronics, your STIHL power tool works with consistently high power.
Accessory Storage
Accessories can be easily and practically stored on the power tool so that they are immediately to hand for use.
Class L Dust Extraction
This wet and dry vacuum cleaner meets specific dust filtration requirements. Dust class L includes dusts such as lime and coarser wood dusts (limit values of 1 mg/m3, which often occur in the course of normal work in workshops.
