What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Some orders may have additional carriage applied if they are of a certain postcode (e.g. in Scottish Highlands etc.). This will be displayed at the point of checkout & we reserve the right to apply carriage after the order has been placed with your consent. Next working day delivery is available for a selection of products and is priced from £9.95. If available there will be an option to select during the checkout process. The cost of next day varies based on weight and size of the order, heavier items can be considerably more than £9.95, the amount will be shown in the checkout process before completing. This service includes working days only, any orders placed over the weekend are not processed until Monday, so the delivery time will go from then. Our cut-off time for orders placed on next working day delivery is generally 2.30pm, although this can be extended on some items, please call us to check.
UK Saturday Delivery
It is possible to get a Saturday delivery on some products, however the price and availability of this service is completely dependent on the brand of items on the order & the overall weight of the order - for a Saturday delivery please contact us.
Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Please note all delivery times are approximate, occasionally, delivery periods may be extended for reasons beyond our control and we apologise for this in advance. If you require a delivery urgently by a certain date please contact our sales team quoting item description & product code.
For multiple product orders where different delivery times are shown, please go by the product showing the longest delivery time. If you would like partial (split) delivery please contact our sales team who will assist with your request.
Deliveries into Europe & Overseas
Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

Backpack sprayer for professional use. Increased user comfort through pump lever mounted on the right or left and length adjustment. High quality straps and moulded back panel for greater user comfort. Ergonomic shut-off valve with pressure gauge. 5kg in weight.
Left or Right Hand Trigger
The trigger can be quickly converted from left to right hand use. This provides an optimal working position for both right-and left-handed users. If necessary, the pump lever can be adjusted in length.
Ergonomic Shutoff
The innovative shutoff valve offers is both comfortable in use and allows precise work.
Hanging Strap
The harness is firmly fixed and the top and bottom of the sprayer for hanging. The back straps can be mounted in two different positions and adjusted to suit the size of the user.
Carry Handle
The practical carry handle is located above the center of the unit making level carrying of the sprayer easier.
Integrated Measuring Cup
The container lid contains three measuring cups 10ml, 20ml and 50ml.
Integrated Spray Tube Holder
Enables the safe storage of the sprayer during storage and transport. An additional bracket is provided for securely attaching the spray hood available as accessory.
Central Output Tube
The output tube is located centrally on the container, allowing the user greater freedom of movement when working with the sprayer.
Internal Pump
The pump is placed inside the container and protected from damage.
Brass Hollow Cone Nozzle
With the standard hollow cone spray can be accurately applied. Additional nozzles are available as accessories.

The measuring lid is a good idea, but not very practical in my opinion. Pleasure gauge a great idea, but stopped working within a few weeks of use.
It is comfortable on the back.
