What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

Teng Tools TCMME217K is a comprehensive 217-piece tool kit integrated into a 27" Classic red roller cabinet, designed to meet the requirements of professional applications. The tools are organised in precision-cut, high-density, three-colour EVA foam inlays across four of the cabinet's seven drawers, leaving additional space for future expansion and customisation. They are compatible with the Teng Tools Tool Control System which ensures quick identification of missing tools, improving efficiency and safety. The TCMME217K tool kit provides a comprehensive selection of socketry with 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" square drive sizes, featuring reliable 72-teeth ratchets, along with standard and deep metric sockets ranging from 4mm to 24mm. Accessories such as extension bars, universal joints, and drive adaptors enhance versatility, while combination spanners, two adjustable wrenches, and a curved jaw power grip plier address a variety of fastening tasks. General-purpose tools include hammers, measuring equipment, chisels, punches, a utility knife, and a hacksaw, complemented by pliers for gripping and wire cutting. A full range of screwdrivers is paired with a 1/4" ratcheting bits driver and an extensive bit selection for multi-fastener compatibility. Additionally, the kit includes ball point hex keys in metric and AF sizes, as well as TX keys.
Constructed from heavy-gauge steel with a red powder-coated finish, the cabinet ensures durability and resistance to corrosion. The seven drawers are rated for 30kg each, are fully extendable for easy access and operate on three-step ball-bearing slides. Five drawers measure 76mm in height, while two deeper drawers provide 151mm of storage for larger tools. The mobility of the roller cabinet is supported by heavy-duty 5" x 2" castors, two fixed and two braked swivel castors, along with a robust metal side handle. The integrated key lock secures all drawers, protecting tools during transport or storage.
