What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

The TengTools 53" PRO35 'Monster' FOAM tool kit TKS53R1133F in matte red is a comprehensive 1133-piece tool kit measuring 1350mm wide, 460mm deep and 1543mm high when the castors are fitted. The stacked storage unit offers comprehensive storage and consists of a TSW53R9 roller cabinet and a TST53R10F tool chest, which together have 19 fully extendable drawers in total. The TSW53R9 roller cabinet has six 75mm high drawers, two 154mm drawers and a 160mm top drawer. Each drawer supports up to 40kg. The roller cabinet is complemented by the TST53R10F tool chest with ten drawers, all with a height of 75mm and a load capacity of up to 40kg. The tool kit features a comprehensive set of tools organised in precision-cut modules of 3-colour high-density EVA foam, facilitating quick identification of missing or misplaced tools. This collection includes a variety of socket and spanner sets, spark plug sockets, impact socket and bits, wheel tools, general tool assortments, measuring instruments, flex wrenches, a rivet gun, pliers, punches, chisels, torque tools, bit and nut drivers, pry bars, T-handles, screwdrivers, extension bars, insulated tools, adjustable wrenches, and more.
A practical holder for paper rolls (TCA08) is also included. The toolkit caters to the demanding needs of professionals in various industries and is compiled to ensure that every task, from the most intricate to the heavy-duty, can be approached with confidence. The roller cabinet's design includes holes on both sides for attaching accessories and it comes with a comfort-grip handle for ease of movement. For easy handling, it is equipped with four 6" heavy-duty swivelling castors, two of which are braked. Each drawer is fitted with smooth-running ball-bearing slides and is fitted with a noise-reducing and protective EVA mat. Each unit features a unique 3-digit combination lock to safeguard its contents. The durability of the heavy gauge steel construction has been enhanced by a 5-step phosphate-free rust prevention process. Supplied with stabilising fixing brackets (TCF07).
