What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Some orders may have additional carriage applied if they are of a certain postcode (e.g. in Scottish Highlands etc.). Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

The TengTools TMX098 MECCA PRO 98-piece socket and tool set is a comprehensive collection designed for professional maintenance, assembly, and repair applications. Built to DIN and ISO standards, the set includes a carefully selected range of 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" drive tools. The 1/4" drive 6-point metric sockets cover sizes from 4mm to 13mm, the 3/8" drive 6-point sockets span 8mm to 21mm, and the 1/2" drive 12-point sockets range from 10mm to 30mm. The sockets have a satin finish and are made from corrosion resistant chrome vanadium. The set is equipped with two FRP ratchets with 45-teeth mechanisms in 3/8" and 1/2" drive sizes. A 1/4" gearless palm ratchet offers compact and efficient handling in confined spaces, while the 1/4" magnetic bit driver ensures reliable bit retention. To further enhance functionality, the set includes a range of extension bars: 75mm for 1/4" and 3/8" drives, and 125mm for 1/2" drive. Adaptors for drive size conversion - 3/8"F to 1/4"M and 3/8"F to 1/2"M - alongside a 3/8" hex bit adaptor, expand the compatibility of the set with other tools and accessories.
The tool selection also incorporates a range of metric combination spanners in sizes from 8mm to 19mm. A variety of 1/4" hex drive screwdriver bits is provided, including flat (0.8 x 4.0mm to 1.4 x 7.0mm), PH (PH0 to PH3), PZ (PZ1 to PZ3), TX (TX10 to TX40), tamper-proof TPX (TPX10 to TPX40), ROB (ROB1 and ROB2), and metric and AF hex bits (3mm to 10mm and 1/8" to 3/8"). These bits, combined with the magnetic bit driver and adaptors, allow for secure and efficient fastening across a broad range of applications. The set is housed in a robust, hard-wearing MECCA PRO case for efficient transport and storage.Â
