What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Some orders may have additional carriage applied if they are of a certain postcode (e.g. in Scottish Highlands etc.). Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

Teng Tools TT905N Screwdriver Set With Magnetic Charger TT1 5 Pieces
Teng Tools TT905N screwdriver set is manufactured according to DIN standards and designed for daily professional use. It includes four commonly used screwdrivers and a magnetizer, which allows the tip of the screwdriver to be magnetized or demagnetized. The set contains the MD922N, a 1.0 x 5.5mm slotted screwdriver with a small handle and a 75mm long blade. The range of PH screwdrivers includes the MD947N1 PH1 x 75mm with a medium handle and the MD948N1 PH2 x 100mm with a large handle. Also included is the MD962N PZ2 x 100mm with a large handle. The two-component handles are ergonomically shaped for both power and speed. Durable, easy-to-read markings on the handle, positioned to remain visible during use, indicate the tool's item number, tip type, and size. A hanging hole in the handle serves as an attachment point, allowing individual tools to be stored hanging or used as a T-handle. Each screwdriver in the set is made of TT-MV PLUS steel alloy, a material with high strength and resistance to wear and deformation. The round blades feature protruding "wings" that prevent them from rotating inside the handle. The set is organized in a size 1 tool module (TT1), designed for integration with the Teng Tools Tool Control System.
