What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

Husqvarna Automower 450X NERA is a high-performing robotic lawn mower, ideal for lawns up to 5000m2. Wireless installation via the Automower Connect app and the Husqvarna EPOS Plug-in Kit (accessory) results in customisable lawn maintenance by virtual boundaries – and no risk of wire breakage. Unplanned stops are reduced with a technology that assists the mower in avoiding objects. With the virtual map created via GPS, Automower Zone Control is enabled, which you easily manage via your mobile phone to create work areas with different settings and temporary stay-out zones. 450X NERA can also be integrated with your smart home so you can use voice control with Alexa or Google Home, or take advantage of IFTTT routines.
Systematic Mowing increases the work area capacity by at least 50% on typical residential lawns. In open areas such as football pitches and other large green spaces, the work area capacity can increase by up to 100%. Provides more predictable mowing times for designated work areas. Offers three different mowing patterns: parallel, chequerboard and triangle, creating a striped effect on the lawn. Allows for a flexible selection of cutting directions to ensure optimal area coverage and grass health. Systematic mowing is only available when equipped with an EPOS Plug-In.
Which installation method is best for you?
If you are thinking of using a physical boundary wire you will need to purchase an installation kit, various options are available depending on the area of your lawn.
If you want a wire-free installation then you will need to purchase an EPOS system. There are two options.
If you have a constant internet connection across your full lawn area using Wi-Fi or 4G then you will need an EPOS Plug-In.
If you don't have a constant internet connection across your full lawn area using Wi-Fi or 4G then you will need an EPOS Plug-In and a Reference Station.
You can do a simple test in your garden using your mobile phone. As long as the signal indicates at least two bars the Automower can operate reliably.
