What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Deliveries into Europe & Overseas
Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

Husqvarna Automower 308V is a wire-free robotic mower for lawns up to 800m2, delivering effortless and highly reliable lawn care. The wire-free installation requires Wi-Fi coverage across the full lawn, and with our included satellite-based technology, the virtual installation is flexible and robust. Everything starts in the Automower Connect app, where you create individual and customisable work areas, along with temporary stay-out zones. These can be easily adjusted later to suit garden projects or changes to your lawn’s layout throughout the season. The built-in camera uses AI to detect and identify objects on the lawn, ensuring the mower avoids collisions. In addition, the AI vision technology combines with satellite navigation, providing full lawn coverage, as long as it sees grass, even in areas with weak satellite signals. The selectable mowing patterns feature enables you to choose from a striped, checkerboard or triangle pattern on your lawn, and gives an area capacity of 800m2. Or, for a carpet-like finish, choose the irregular pattern mode, which offers a 500m2 area capacity.
Which installation method is best for you?
There are two options.
If you have a constant internet connection across your full lawn area using Wi-Fi then you will just need the Automower as it is.
If you don't have a constant internet connection across your full lawn area using Wi-Fi then you will also need an EPOS RS1 Reference Station (sold seperately).
You can do a simple test in your garden using your mobile phone. As long as the signal indicates at least two bars the Automower can operate reliably.

Automatic Passage Handling
Husqvarna Automower automatically senses narrow passages and finds its way even through the smallest passages. It will vary its route through the passage to avoid unpleasant tracks.

An onboard GPS system creates a map of the garden. Husqvarna Automower will then register which parts of the garden it has covered and adjusts its mowing pattern accordingly.
Secondary Area
If your lawn has two areas that are not connected with a passage for your mower, for example the front and back lawn, then you are able to create a secondary area in your installation.
Weather Timer
Adjusts the working time to the lawn’s growth rate, meaning that Husqvarna Automower will maximise its mowing time during periods of strong grass growth.
Spiral Cutting
Automatic cutting functionality to even out grass height differences. Cutting disc sensors detect whether the mower enters an area with higher grass and switches cutting technology to systematic spiral pattern.
Easy Cleaning
Easily wash the exterior and underneath of the robotic mower with a garden hose. Removable top cover and body for easy cleaning and reachability everywhere.
GeoFence
If the mower is moved outside the predefined area, you will be notified in the app and the mower alarm will sound, minimising the risk of theft. Simply use the Automower Connect app to define your mower's GeoFence area.
