What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

Stihl ADVANCE SHELLTEC Chain Saw Jacket Orange / Black
No Chain Saw Protection. The STIHL ADVANCE ShellTEC is a premium jacket for professional users working in forestry, arboriculture and landscaping. This newly designed jacket offers maximum comfort, robustness, breathability and excellent freedom of movement, which makes it the optimum choice for professional PPE from STIHL. The jacket has large reflective silver stripes, neon green accents and large areas of reflective high-visibility orange on the main body for increased safety and excellent visibility in poor light conditions.
The ADVANCE ShellTEC jacket is made from a shell material. It's suitable for all weather conditions; the black sections of the jacket are water-repellent, and the orange areas have a waterproof membrane. It has a soft fleece fabric in the inner material for warmth in cold temperatures too. Elasticated fabrics and formed elbow sections allow the jacket to adapt to your body shape and movements during work. The elbows are reinforced for thorn and abrasion protection. Ventilation zips are located under the arms for regulating the temperature when working in warmer conditions. The jacket has adjustable sleeve widths with Velcro fastening and the hem has a handy drawstring for tightening and loosening the jacket, while an extended back section protects against chilly weather. It’s fitted with numerous pockets too - there is a chest pocket, sleeve pocket, inside pocket and two easily accessible side pockets. And it also comes with a first aid zip tag, which you can use to clearly mark the pocket you carry your emergency kit in.
Material: 100% polyester (outer fabric & fleece), 100% polyurethane (membrane). Slim fit. Machine washable at 60°C.
Cold Protection
Depending on the temperature, you can wear warming functional clothing as an underlayer or outerwear. The insulating and quick-drying material is particularly suitable for winter.
High Visibility
Stay visible even in poor conditions. The bright orange is in accordance with EN ISO 20471 makes your protective clothing more eye-catching. This standard specifies the minimum surface area for high-visibility colour and retroreflective strips.
Full Stretch
Your protective clothing should protect you, but also allow you the greatest possible freedom of movement, which is achieved with full-stretch material. The fully elastic fabric stretches in all directions for excellent comfort.
Breathable Water Protection
The protective clothing is made of a waterproof and simultaneously breathable material, making it very comfortable to wear. Excess heat and sweat is wicked to the outside.
Adjustable Ventilation Openings
Ventilation openings allow you to control the temperature inside your personal protective equipment. Simply open or close the ventilation openings as required.
Lightweight Outer Fabric
A particularly lightweight outer fabric is achieved through the use of special functional fibres, and offers enhanced wearing comfort. This means that you are ideally equipped for your daily work in the forest or when climbing trees, especially in summer.
