What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Some orders may have additional carriage applied if they are of a certain postcode (e.g. in Scottish Highlands etc.). Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Deliveries into Europe & Overseas
Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

No Chain Saw Protection. The STIHL DYNAMIC DuroTEC jacket is a robust mid-level choice for private and professional chainsaw work. This newly designed jacket has increased comfort and improved robustness, offering plenty of freedom of movement when working in the forest, sawing firewood or working in agriculture. The DYNAMIC DuroTEC jacket is made from functional materials. It uses a lightweight & tear-resistant polyester with black stretch fabric in the elbow and side areas, with moulded thorn and abrasion protection in the elbows. Ventilation zips are located under the arms for regulating the temperature when working in warmer conditions. The jacket has adjustable sleeve widths with Velcro fastening and a PFAS-free water repellent finish. It's fitted with numerous pockets too - there is a chest pocket, sleeve pocket, inside pocket and two easily accessible side pockets. The jacket has large reflective silver stripes, neon green accents and a high-visibility orange on the main body for increased safety and excellent visibility in poor light conditions.
Material: Black (93% polyamide, 7% polyurethane), high-visibility orange (92% polyester, 8% elastane). Regular fit. Machine washable at 60°C.
Breathability
Its breathable material makes it comfortable to wear throughout the working day. This is because moisture is wicked to the outside, while fresh air is let in.
Ventilation Openings
Comfortable body temperature varies depending on the individual, their current physical activity and the ambient temperature. Integrated ventilation openings allow body heat to be released from clothing as required.
High Visibility
Stay visible even in poor conditions. The bright orange is in accordance with EN ISO 20471 makes your protective clothing more eye-catching. This standard specifies the minimum surface area for high-visibility colour and retroreflective strips.
Full Stretch
Your protective clothing should protect you, but also allow you the greatest possible freedom of movement, which is achieved with full-stretch material. The fully elastic fabric stretches in all directions for excellent comfort.
Abrasion Protection
The use of particularly robust materials in exposed, high-stress areas increases the durability of your workwear. On the one hand this protects against rapid wear and tear, but it also prevents material damage and injuries from thorns.
Quick Drying
The fast-drying functional fabric of your protective clothing is ideal for work in changing weather conditions and sweaty jobs. The high-quality material protects you from hypothermia.
Better Visibility
Reflective areas not only look good on your protective clothing, but also increase your safety. They mean that you will always be easy to see, even in the dark or in the forest.
