What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Some orders may have additional carriage applied if they are of a certain postcode (e.g. in Scottish Highlands etc.). Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

Stihl PKA30 10.8v Cordless Sprayer Pump Head BODY ONLY
The PKA30 is a battery-powered pump head designed for applying constant pressure when using a STIHL sprayer or water tank.
It's designed for both domestic or professional tasks in home gardening, horticulture, landscaping or construction and acts as an alternative to a manual pump you may find on a sprayer or water tank. It constantly applies pressure which means you can consistently apply spray agents such as fertiliser or weed killer when used with a sprayer. Or if you are working in construction, it can be used to automatically pump water supply for your cut-off machine – without the need for manually pumping the water tank.
Fitted with a soft-grip carrying handle, it has a battery cover which provides protection from water, liquids and dust and is IPX4 rated - meaning it is protected against water splashes and can be used in all weather conditions. It's easy to operate too - simply click the power button to turn the PKA30 on, then adjust the pressure to your desired setting using the dial. A built-in sleep mode detects when the machine is no longer in use, or the container is empty, which helps to save battery life. A battery charge level indicator is located on the machine here.

Constant Power
Regardless of battery charge status. With other brands of battery tools, the performance usually decreases during work as the battery discharges. Regulate The Pressure & Water Flow
The operating pressure can be variably adjusted to achieve a uniform application of fluid which is optimal for the specific task. This can contribute to lower volumes of the fluid (e.g. pesticide) being used.
LED Charge Level Indicator
At the push of a button, the LED charge-level indicator will inform you at any time about your batteries remaining capacity. This allows you to efficiently plan working hours and charge the battery in good time.
IPX4 Certified
IPX protection classes define the moisture protection of electrical or electronic devices. The moisture protection test is defined in different stages. IPX4 certifies protection against splashwater from all sides. Battery-powered tools with this certification are therefore designed for daily use, even in rainy conditions.
